La Mercè Electrònica is a consolidated electronic music event in the city of Girona, organized by Electrona and ACA (Creative Association of Artists). The first edition was held in 2018 and after its success it has become the church of techno.

A meeting point for electronic music lovers, and specifically techno, meet in the La Mercè Auditorium. It is a church attached to the old Mercè convent, built in the 14th century, where there is currently a cultural center where innovative, multidisciplinary and contemporary shows are held that contribute to the Girona cultural scene.

This auditorium with ecclesiastical aesthetics becomes the ideal place for this event thanks to its acoustics and natural sound that it offers.

Faced with the overcrowding of large festivals, La Mercè is committed to a family format, with a loyal audience.

The Mercè Electrónica festivities welcome international and national artists, but also invite new emerging talents to participate. Many of them are students of the Eumes school who are offered the opportunity to take a step forward, and carry out the warmup of the parties and / or carry out the afterparty, located in Electrona Club.
